The measures are non-discriminative and not targeted at Mexican citizens. This is simply a hygienic inspection issue. We understand Mexico’s concern over the rights and interests of its citizens in China, but we hope Mexico could proceed from the overall interest of joint response to the disease, fully understand the necessary measures we have taken, and handle the issue in an objective and calm manner.
